Yes, it is to good to be true and after PSJailbreakCanada.com has being shut down by the U.S. Law Enforcement, it seems to be not possible. But, let’s get this straight, we already have seen the final retail images of the original PS Jailbreak dongle which means that PS Jailbreak team really delivers on what they said.
And to be honest, without PS Jailbreak there will be no PSGroove, PSFreedom and all the PS Jailbreak clones dongles that have been running around the market particularly the PS3 Break despite them being an inferior choice to the PS3 users who want to jailbreak their console. I’m just saying.
Anyway, let’s get back to the topic. ChipSpain has revealed that future updates to the PS Jailbreak dongle will have the support to the 3.42 and 3.50 firmware as well as having the delicious feature of Backup Manager 1.1 which has been reported a long time ago and expected to be release around 15th September. But, nothing yet have we seen from them regarding this matter. I think it is the same thing like their release of their dongles. Their promises are delayed but it is delivered. Though, i am not sure about them this time. But, with the ChipSpain is involving in this matter, it is quite reliable to be honest. Well, let’s just wait and see.
New Future Features of the original PS JailBreak (According to ChipSpain):
- It will Support NFTS
- It will be compatible with new Version of the Backup Manager 1.1.
- The original PS Jailbreak will support all firmware of the PS3 console
- It can be compatible with Blu-ray disc, PS2 and PSX.
- The PSJailbreak dongle will Auto-Update vía PC.
